The Help Desk Support Group provides expert knowledge, guidance and assistance with software applications and equipment to agency staff and management. This group is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis to diagnose and resolve computer and equipment issues; assisting with special projects related to the use of new hardware, network and telecommunication technology; and administering mobile devices.

The Application Development Group is responsible for the research and development of software applications that will assist the agency in improving and streamlining operations. This group is committed to identifying innovative and cost-effective technology solutions that will meet the agency’s business needs. Currently, the primary focus of this group is to develop mobile technology that will provide real-time information to officers conducting community supervision.
