Fiscal Services focus is to provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial data. It provides value-added financial services to strengthen our overall operations and competitiveness at the local, state, and federal level. The unit’s focus is to provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial data that will assist the Executive Committee make good business decisions and ensure fulfillment of operational responsibilities and goals.  Specifically, this unit is responsible for: budget development, monitoring and reporting; financial forecasting, analysis and reporting; general accounting processing and reporting; payroll processing; contract development and monitoring; purchasing and warehousing operations; quality assurance assessment and monitoring; and grant/entitlement/reimbursement management and reporting.
