Andy Souza was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles. He graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.  He began his career with the Ventura County Probation Agency in 1996.  Since then he has worked on a variety of assignments including adult and juvenile field supervision, institutions, and adult investigations. Andy is an Agency instructor and has facilitated Supervisor Leadership Academy modules throughout the state. He rose through the agency’s ranks to his current assignment as a Division Manager in the Administrative Services Bureau.
